Narumi began her career as an equity research analyst at Goldman Sachs in Tokyo, covering small- and mid-cap companies with a focus on technology-driven manufacturing, industrial automation, and the healthcare sector. Through extensive management interviews and financial modeling, she built a strong foundation in financial analysis, valuation, and capital markets. She then joined Institution for a Global Society (IGS), a Tokyo-listed EdTech company focused on human capital assessment and development. As one of the two lead coordinators for the company's IPO preparation, she helped drive its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in 2021, and later served as Co-CFO. Building on this foundation in public markets, Narumi joined an early-stage venture as Director, where she operated in a founder-like capacity. She established and led its Singapore-based operations, driving strategy, fundraising, and partnerships for a Web3 social impact initiative supporting education and human development. She holds an MBA and a B.A. in Law from Kyoto University.
